At Nine West Shop, we want every step in your new shoes to be perfect. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of boots, flats, heels, or any other footwear from our collection, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Fashion Tip: All returned items must be in unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that have been tried on without protective footwear.

Easy Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Carefully pack the items in their original box with all tags and packaging materials included. We recommend using a protective outer box for shipping.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color changes):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Exchange items are subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective footwear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made products

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
