Took off one star just because of color. These were advertised as “Maple Patent”. Maybe it was my screens, but the color looked like maple syrup (which the description tends to support). Upon receiving, it was not the case. Color is more of a dark, brownish/grey taupey color. Color on the box is actually listed as “Medium Brown”. Luckily, they still worked with the dress I ordered for so I did keep. Very cute shoe and I always love 9 West quality.
