The shoe is extremely stiff but the worst part is that the elastic is right over the back of your heel so it’s a blister waiting to happen.

Such a beautiful shoe. BUT…the most uncomfortable shoe’s I’ve ever bought! Very stiff. The back strap feels like it has needles in it. Guaranteed no one from Quality Control ever tried these on!

I love 9 West and I love the way this looks in the photo (I bought the deep pink version) BUT they were horribly uncomfortable!!!!!!!!! They arrived and were at least a size too big – 7.5’s usually fit me just fine and these did not. That beautiful jeweled buckle hurt horribly. It dug into the top of my foot when I did a little “try them on walk.” I cannot imagine wearing these more than 4 steps in a row…let alone all night. Looks so good, hurts so bad.
